What are the solutions to refrigerator ice blockage

Refrigerators are electrical appliances that every household has. They bring us a lot of help in our lives and are an appliance that we cannot live without. During the use of the refrigerator, due to some reasons, a lot of ice will often appear and block the refrigerator. When this happens, it will cause some problems in the use of the refrigerator and also affect the refrigeration effect of the refrigerator. Now let’s talk about the solutions to the problem of ice blockage in the refrigerator.

Method 1: Placement method

Every time the freezer is blocked by ice, I use the dumbest method. Just turn off the power, open the refrigerator door and leave it for three to four hours. During this time, the ice will melt into water. So keep absorbent sponges or towels ready around the refrigerator.

Method 2: Release refrigerant

Use sharp scissors to cut off the capillary connected to the dry filter end and release the refrigerant quickly by pressure. At this time, a large amount of water can be discharged from the machine along with the fluorine, and then through measures such as vacuuming and heating the pipe wall, the water in the machine can be discharged from the machine more quickly.

Method 3: Dry filter method

After heating the compressor, connect the drying filter to the capillary end, drill a 1mm hole between the capillary and the filter, and then heat the drying filter. The moisture will be continuously discharged from the small hole under the pressure of the compressor. Introduce new air into the filter from time to time and then replace the filter with a new one. The next step is to close the valve and allow the compressor to self-evacuate and heat the pipes at the same time. Until the pressure in the drilled hole is equal to the atmospheric pressure and no more air flows in or out. Fill the small holes, then evacuate, fill with fluorine and seal outside the machine.

Method 4: De-icing method

Turn off the power of the refrigerator and slowly take out the ice cubes with boiling water. The boiling water must be hot enough. Use a high-quality hot water sprayer that absorbs water to melt the connection between the refrigerator and the ice cubes, and then you can take the ice out.

Reasons for refrigerator ice blockage

1. Replacing the compressor causes ice blockage. The compressor of a refrigerator that is refrigerating suddenly breaks down. To replace the compressor, the piping system must be opened. Since the temperature of the evaporator is much lower than the ambient temperature, a large amount of air enters and combines with the cold air inside to generate water droplets.

2. A refrigerator pipe was punctured by a knife during refrigeration. After it was shut down, a large amount of water would be sucked into it when it was started again.

3. When checking for leaks, injecting a large amount of air into the room and combining it with the cold air inside will generate water droplets. The correct method is to use nitrogen pressure to detect leaks.

4. The vacuum of the replaced evaporator system is not thorough.
