What are the examination items for triple positive?

Hepatitis B is a very terrible infectious disease with a very high infection rate, especially in our country where hepatitis B has been listed as one of the most widely contagious diseases. Most hepatitis B patients have no symptoms in the early stages, and their symptoms gradually worsen with changes in lifestyle habits. There are several specific symptoms of hepatitis B, among which the big three positive is the most serious one, which causes the greatest damage to people's health and often brings patients malignant diseases such as liver cancer and cirrhosis in the later stages. Therefore, it is important to check the liver in time. Let’s take a look at the explanation of the examination items for triple positive.

1. Hepatitis B two-pair-and-a-half test. In the two-pair-and-a-half test for hepatitis B with positive surface antigen (HBsAg), e antigen (HBeAg) and core antibody (HBcAb) are positive, and the others are negative. This is hepatitis B with positive surface antigen (HBsAg), e antigen (HBeAg) and core antibody (HBcAb). The two-pair-and-a-half test for hepatitis B is a preliminary test used to determine whether a person is infected with hepatitis B or to roughly estimate the level of viral replication.

2. Liver function test. Liver function tests should be performed regularly. Alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin in liver function test are the most commonly used indicators in liver function tests, and they can reflect the damage to the liver.

First of all, in the liver function test report, the normal value of alanine aminotransferase is (0~40U/L) and the normal value of aspartate aminotransferase is (0~45U/L). If these two items of liver function test results exceed the normal value, it means that the liver function is abnormal and damaged. Then there is total bilirubin, which tests the liver's ability to excrete and clear certain endogenous or exogenous high-intake substances.

3. HBV-DNA test. HBV-DNA test for hepatitis B virus can reflect the amount of hepatitis B virus in the body. If the DNA is positive, it means that the number of viruses in the body is relatively large and the infectiousness is relatively high. Comprehensive treatment is needed in time to suppress the virus amount and control the infection. B-ultrasound examination: B-ultrasound examination can mainly play an auxiliary diagnostic role in the degree of liver damage and the presence of substantial lesions.
