How to treat skin purpura

Skin disease is one of the diseases that has become increasingly prevalent in recent years. A large number of people with low immunity are very likely to suffer from various skin diseases, which brings great difficulties to their lives. The biggest characteristic of skin diseases is that they cause the patient's skin to become damaged or red, swollen and ulcerated. The pain is very severe and can have a great impact on the patient's life. For example, purpura is an extremely rare skin disease. Patients often experience symptoms of allergic purpura, causing skin bleeding, etc. Let’s take a look at how to treat skin purpura. I hope everyone can understand it.

Acupuncture therapy for skin purpura:

1. Main acupoints: Quchi and Zusanli. Preparatory acupoints: Hegu and Xuehai. First pierce the main point. If the effect is not good, pierce the supplementary points. If there is abdominal pain, add puncture Sanyinjiao, Taichong and Neiguan. Used for allergic purpura.

2. Select the acupoints Baliao and Yaoyangguan. Moxibustion with moxa sticks and ginger. Moxibustion each acupoint for 45 minutes, once a day. Used for syndrome of qi failing to retain blood.

3. First, insert the needle into the diaphragm point and the spleen point at a 45° angle toward the spine. Insert the needle quickly, twist and lift it, and retain the needle for 5 minutes after getting qi. Then, insert the needle into the Xuehai point and the Sanyinjiao point, and retain the needle for 30 minutes after getting qi. Once a day, half a month as a course of treatment. It is used for syndrome of qi failing to retain blood and syndrome of yin deficiency and fire inflammation.

Skin care for purpura:

1. During the acute phase or when the amount of bleeding is heavy, the child should rest in bed, limit his or her activities, and eliminate his or her fear and tension.

2. Avoid external injuries, falls and collisions to prevent bleeding.

3. When the platelet count is lower than 20x109 times/L, closely observe the changes in the condition to prevent various traumas and intracranial hemorrhage.

4. The diet should be light, nutritious and easy to digest. Those who suffer from vomiting blood or bloody stool should eat a semi-liquid diet and avoid hard food and coarse fiber food. Avoid spicy food. Sons with thrombocytopenic purpura can eat more foods such as peanuts with skin and red dates.

5. For thrombocytopenic purpura, attention should be paid to preventing respiratory tract infections, measles, chickenpox, rubella and hepatitis, otherwise it is easy to induce or aggravate the disease.
