When the sauce becomes a little thick, pour the meatballs back into the pot to coat them with the sauce.

3. Mix the minced meat with dry starch, egg white, ginger powder, salt, chopped green onion, soy sauce and cooking wine. Add a little cold water to make the minced meat a little firm, but not like dumpling filling.

4. Place the minced meat in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes so that it is easier to shape into meatballs. Put some oil in a small pot and heat it to 70% to 80% hot (if you put a chopstick upright in the oil, small bubbles will appear around the chopstick). Put the meatballs into the pot and fry them until golden brown.

5. Take out the meatballs and place them on a plate lined with kitchen paper.
