Learn how to treat neuralgia

People who often suffer from headaches are mostly suffering from neuralgia. Patients with neuralgia must be careful in normal times and not be overly nervous, anxious, or have bad emotions. They should properly correct their bad postures, relieve the symptoms through self-massage, and also persist in exercising. This will help relieve neuralgia and adjust the body and can achieve the best effect.

Treatment Conventional treatment

1. Build up confidence in treating the disease and eliminate mental anxiety and tension. If examination shows no organic disease, there is no need to worry too much. You should relax and the headache will naturally subside. Arrange your work and rest schedule properly, make sure you have time to relax every day, and get enough sleep every day.

2. Correct bad posture: Pay attention to preventing and correcting various bad postures to avoid continuous contraction of the head, neck, shoulder and back muscles, such as long-term bending over a desk to write, read and work, operating the computer screen too close, etc.

3. Self-massage and hair combing: Use the middle fingers of both hands to press and rub your temples in circles to relieve headaches. Comb and massage the painful points: Place the ten fingertips of both hands on the most painful place on the head, and comb and massage gently and quickly 100 times like combing your hair. Do this once in the morning, noon, and before dinner every day to achieve the purpose of pain relief.

4. Bathing: You can try using water to relieve headaches. Satisfactory results can be obtained through bathing, which should not exceed 20 minutes and the water temperature should not exceed 35 to 36°C. If your back and neck feel tight and stiff when you have a headache, rinse these areas with a gentle stream of water for 5-10 minutes.

5. Keep exercising: Exercise can regulate and improve the brain's excitation and inhibition processes, adjust brain functions, regulate the biological clock, and improve sleep. Persistent long-term exercise can enhance physical fitness, strengthen the regulatory function of the autonomic nervous system, and recover from functional diseases caused by autonomic nervous system dysfunction.
