Is immunity test important?

Is immunity test important?

The body's immunity can help us resist various bacteria, viruses, fungi and other microorganisms and maintain the balance of the internal environment. If the immunity is low, various pathogens will invade the body and cause illness. Therefore, it is necessary to check the immunity so as to prevent the occurrence of low immunity in time.

1. Immunity is the body’s own defense mechanism

It is the human body's ability to identify and eliminate any foreign invading substances (viruses, bacteria, etc.); to deal with aging, damaged, dead, and degenerated cells of the body; and to identify and deal with mutated cells and virus-infected cells in the body. Modern immunology believes that immunity is the physiological response of the human body to identify and exclude "foreign" substances. From the perspective of color therapy, the human body needs light waves of various frequencies between 300 and 700 nanometers to maintain health and survival.

2. Various reasons prevent the immune system from playing its protective role normally

In this case, it is very easy to get infected by bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc. Therefore, the most direct manifestation of low immunity is susceptibility to illness. Due to frequent illnesses, the body's consumption is increased, so people generally have symptoms such as physical weakness, malnutrition, mental depression, fatigue, loss of appetite, and sleep disorders. Getting sick, getting injections and taking medicines have become commonplace. It takes a long time to recover from each illness, and the disease often recurs. If things go on like this for a long time it will lead to physical and intellectual development problems and may easily induce major diseases.

3. If you have an immunity check-up and have a scientific assessment of your immunity, you can determine your physical condition and correct any problems with high or low immunity as soon as possible, which can also prevent the onset of various diseases.
