How to treat and prevent gallstones in the early stages?

Gallstones are a common clinical disease. It is a lesion in the biliary system. Gallstones should be treated early in the early stages before the condition worsens, so as to alleviate the condition. Early treatment of gallstones can be non-surgical and the disease can be controlled through medication.

1. Gallstone disease, also known as biliary stone disease or cholelithiasis, is a common disease of the biliary system. It is a general term for gallbladder stones and bile duct stones (which are divided into intrahepatic and extrahepatic). Prevention of gallstones should be the main approach, and treatment should be given immediately after the onset of the disease. Generally, there are two types of treatment: non-surgical and surgical. Currently, the main drugs for lithotripsy are chenodeoxycholic acid and its derivative ursodeoxycholic acid. Another option is to consider laparoscopic surgery.

2. When suffering from gallstones, the early symptoms are not obvious. As the gallstones grow larger and more numerous and cannot be discharged, the body will experience back pain, even bloating and pain in the gallbladder, nausea, physical weakness and other problems. Generally, patients with gallstones are discovered in the early stages, and early medication and physical therapy are good choices.

3. Drug treatment. Generally speaking, no matter what treatment method is used, drug treatment is very necessary. It is also the first choice for patients with gallstones in the early stage. Generally, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and stone-removing drugs are used. The method is good, but you need to persist in active treatment. If there is no improvement and the condition worsens, you need to go to the hospital for relevant examinations.

4. In the early stages of gallstones, each person's condition is different and the treatment methods are also different. Once the condition worsens, you still need to go to the hospital for relevant examinations and then receive treatment. Patients with gallstones must have a light diet. Spicy and irritating foods, high cholesterol, and overly greasy foods are not recommended.
