The common causes of backache can be summarized into four categories:

This low back pain is often a manifestation of hysteria.

5. A series of tissue infection problems caused by kidney problems.

Treatment principles

1. Relax the back muscles and speed up recovery. For example, rest in bed to reduce the impact of gravity on the body; maintain correct posture to avoid excessive tension in the lower back muscles.

2. Use drugs appropriately to enhance therapeutic effects. For example, do not take Chinese patent medicines on your own, you must take them according to the doctor's orders.

3. Gua Sha can dredge meridians and eliminate fatigue and muscle tension. Through the friction of the skin and the squeezing of the soft tissue on the body surface, blood circulation is activated, blood flow is increased, capillaries are dilated, nutrition and oxygen are supplied to the corresponding tissues, metabolism is promoted, and the functional state of local tissues is improved. It can regulate meridian qi, relieve fatigue and enhance immune function.
