So, what is the matter with high microprotein in urine and how to deal with it?

Normal urine contains only trace amounts of protein, but when the protein content in urine exceeds 150 mg/24 hours, it is called proteinuria. Urinary protein can aggravate tubulointerstitial hypoxia. Large amounts of urinary protein are also one of the main risk factors for the progression of chronic kidney disease to end-stage renal failure, and therefore should be an important goal in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.

1. Prevent colds and eliminate infections. Cold viruses will increase the body's albumin, which will then be directly reflected in the urine.

2. Prevent overwork and take a rest;

3. Patients with trace urine protein should choose easily digestible, light, semi-liquid diet;

4. Do not take anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs at will, such as: antibiotics such as gentamicin, drugs containing potassium and mercury, and Chinese medicines such as Xanthium sibiricum, Tripterygium wilfordii, Aconitum kusnezoffii, etc. that are too cold or too hot;

5. Quit smoking and limit alcohol consumption: Quit bad habits such as smoking that directly ingest toxic substances to avoid adverse stimulation such as tobacco and alcohol;

6. A high-quality protein diet should be given;

7. Exercise prevention: Increase exercise appropriately to enhance immunity and reduce or prevent obesity. This is because proper physical exercise is beneficial to the recovery of the disease, such as walking, practicing Tai Chi, practicing Qigong, etc. But you should pay attention to the time of exercise. Morning and evening are the best times. Remember not to exercise at noon or when the sun is strong.
