Quickly treat fatty liver and make you healthier

Fatty liver is now a very common disease, but it is very harmful to our health. In many cases, mild fatty liver has no symptoms. Once diagnosed, you should pay attention to adjusting your daily diet and exercising more.

1. Eliminate the cause of the disease. Eliminate all factors that may cause fatty liver. Giving up alcohol and eating a high-protein diet can often effectively reduce liver fat. The main treatment for alcoholic fatty liver is to quit drinking and give a diet rich in protein to effectively remove accumulated fat in the liver; obese people should lose weight; and diabetic patients should treat the underlying disease.

2. Adjust your diet. This is an important part of treating fatty liver. The diet needs to be high in protein, with moderate amounts of fat and sugar.

3. Increase the amount of exercise. Depending on the underlying disease, you can do some exercise to accelerate fat metabolism.

4. Use medication rationally. You can take some fat-removing and weight-loss drugs according to the drug instructions, but the treatment effect is not very certain. Reasonable use of drugs can lower transaminase and restore liver function to normal, but most of these drugs have side effects that damage the liver and should be used with caution.

5. Diet adjustment:

1. Celery and wolfberry porridge

Preparation: Wash 100 grams each of celery leaves and wolfberry leaves and set aside. Take 50 grams of rice and cook it into porridge. When it is cooked, add two leaves of rice. Boil it for one or two more times, then add appropriate amount of white sugar and drink. Or squeeze the juice of two leaves and add it to rice porridge, one dose per day.

Efficacy: It can soothe the liver and stomach. It is suitable for people with fatty liver, pain and distension in the liver area, enlarged liver, abdominal distension, poor appetite, or nausea and abdominal distension.

2. Yam and beef soup

Preparation method: 30 grams each of carrots, potatoes, and hawthorn, 200 grams of yam, 300 grams of beef, and appropriate amounts of vinegar, salt, and MSG. Wash and peel the yam, potato and carrot, cut into small cubes, and soak the hawthorn in clean water for 2 hours; wash the beef, put water in a pot and bring it to a boil, put in the beef and cook for 10 minutes, then remove it, wash and cut into pieces for later use; take a clay pot, put the beef and hawthorn in first, simmer on low heat for 1 hour, then take out the hawthorn, put in other ingredients, add salt and continue to simmer for 30 minutes, then add MSG to taste.

Efficacy: Beef has a high protein content but a low fat content. Patients with fatty liver do not have to worry about worsening their condition by eating beef; the fat content in yam is also very low, almost zero. The amylase digestive enzyme in yam can break down protein and sugar and prevent excessive fat accumulation; hawthorn is a sour and sweet fruit that can enhance appetite and promote digestion.

3. Shrimp Balls and Cucumber Soup

Preparation method: 120 grams of shrimp balls, 1 cucumber, 20 grams of fungus, 3 slices of ginger, 2.5 cups of water and vegetarian broth, 1 spoon of white wine, half a spoon of salt, and 1 spoon of sesame oil. Wash the shrimp balls and set aside, peel the cucumber, wash and slice it, soak the fungus in warm water until soft, remove the stems, wash, tear into small pieces and set aside; put the ginger in a pan and sauté the fungus, then add the shrimp balls, water, broth, white wine, add appropriate amount of salt, bring to a boil, add the cucumber slices and bring to a boil, then drizzle with sesame oil.
