Recipe: appropriate amount of ginger.

Usage: Boil and take ginger alone to relieve fish and crab poisoning. Or when cooking fish and crabs, add a few slices of ginger to prevent poisoning.

3. Yellow mung bean powder (folk recipe)

Main indications: Detoxification of general toxins.

Recipe: 250 grams each of soybeans and mung beans.

Usage: Grind into powder, add 1 bowl of water, stir evenly and drink the clear liquid.
