How to treat gum ulcers

Oral ulcers can also be divided into more detailed categories, and gingival ulcers are one of their branches. Gum ulcers will also affect the health of teeth, and if the gum ulcers are located on the large teeth, the patient will feel obvious pain when chewing food. Treating gum ulcers is relatively simple and there are many ways to do it.

1. Self-treatment with ready-made medicines.

(1) Vitamin C tablets, 2 tablets each time, 3 times a day.

(2) Liushen Pills, 10 pills each time, 3 times a day.

(3) Qiju Dihuang Pills, 9 pills each time, 3 times a day. Used for patients with recurrent chronic ulcers.

(4) Zhibai Dihuang Wan, 9 g each time, 3 times a day, is used for patients with recurrent chronic ulcers.

(5) Vitamin E, 20 mg each time, 3 times a day.

2. Self-treatment with proven prescriptions.

(1) 10g honeysuckle and 3g raw licorice root, brew with boiling water and drink as tea.

(2) Take 10g of Cassia Seed and 10g of Anemarrhena asphodeloides and brew with boiling water as tea.

(3) 30g wild rose root and 5g raw licorice root, decoct them into a soup and drink as tea, 1 dose per day.

(4) Boil 15g of Ophiopogon japonicus, 20g of Rehmannia glutinosa, and 30g of Dendrobium officinale in water twice. Mix and take in three doses, one dose per day for four consecutive doses.

(5) 9 grams of roasted ginger, 3 Momordica seeds, and 9 grams of Evodia rutaecarpa. Grind the above medicines into fine powder, mix with water, apply it on the navel and cover it with paper. Oral ulcers, also known as oral canker sores, refer to yellowish-white, bean-sized ulcers on the oral mucosa, which can be divided into real and false.

(6) 9 grams of dried ginger (fried until black) and 15 grams of coptis root. Grind the above two ingredients into fine powder, apply the powder to the affected area, and the area will heal when saliva starts to flow.
