3. Diabetic patients should not eat various cakes, canned foods, jams, ice cream, etc. made with brown sugar, white sugar, honey, and glucose. It can only be consumed when you have hypoglycemia or cannot eat for some reason. In addition, try to eat less potatoes, vermicelli, red beans, mung beans, yam, lotus root, taro, carrots, onions, garlic sprouts, fatty meat, animal fats, egg yolks, kidneys, liver, tripe and other animal offal. Obese people should eat less high-calorie foods such as walnut kernels, sunflower seeds, and peanuts.
