1. Buckwheat porridge

2. Buckwheat Steamed Buns

Mix bean dregs + buckwheat + yeast water (dissolve the yeast in warm water in advance) and knead the dough, cover it with a lid and let it stand for 30 minutes. After the dough has risen, divide it into 40 grams each, wrap dates in it, and put a walnut kernel on top. Add water to the pot, bring it to a boil, then put the steamed cornbread into the steamed buns, and steam them over high heat.

3. Buckwheat pancakes

Adding an egg to buckwheat will make it more fragrant when fried. Add water and salt and mix well. Add sesame oil and mix well. Beat the egg and set aside. Turn to low heat to let the pan heat evenly. The temperature in the pan should not be too high before adding the buckwheat. Add a little oil before frying each time. The buckwheat can be spread on the bottom of the pan in a certain amount according to the size of your own pan. Fry both sides and serve.

4. Buckwheat noodles

Put buckwheat noodles into boiling water and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat. Put the cooked noodles into the prepared purified water. When the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the loofah and stir-fry. Add a handful of dried shrimps and you will soon smell the fragrance. At this time, pour in boiling water, put the seaweed in and boil it, then add some salt and a little chicken essence. Pour some sesame oil into a bowl, drain the soba noodles and place them on a plate to dip them in the soup. You can also pour the soup directly onto the noodles. I personally think that the taste is richer when dipped in the soup. Using loofah to make soup will make it very fresh, and adding dried shrimp and seaweed will make the soup very fresh.
