What is the cause of nervous vomiting? Is this diet effective?

Studies have found that there are many causes of neurotic vomiting, the most common of which is bad mood, such as sudden separation from parents, strong stimulation, death of relatives, etc.; it may also be an adverse phenomenon caused by excessive mental stress.

1. Causes of neurogenic vomiting

1. Emotional confusion caused by various factors, such as sudden separation from parents, strong stimulation, death of relatives, etc.

2. Reactions to unpleasant or disgusting thoughts and experiences, such as a girl who saw a man die in a car accident with his brain splattered on her way to school. Later, when she saw tofu-based foods, she would think of this scene and vomit.

3. Excessive mental stress, such as when encountering various examinations, some girls in particular appear particularly nervous and often have a history of past attacks.

4. As a means of opposing parents. Some children may vomit to show their opposition when they are overstimulated or when their parents force them to do something they don't want to do.

5. As a means of exerting pressure on the family. Some parents spoil and indulge their children, and these children sometimes tend to put pressure on their parents by vomiting. For example, children who are afraid of going to school or kindergarten often vomit in the morning but not on weekends or holidays. If the mother forces the child to eat or overfeeds the child, the child may vomit to resist.
