Internal hemorrhoids prolapse, the following five aspects will help you identify

Prolapse of internal hemorrhoids is a late-stage symptom. Internal hemorrhoids are located above the anal dentate line, with lithotomies at 3, 7, and 11 o'clock, and are not covered by anal canal skin. The characteristics are painless blood in the stool and hemorrhoid prolapse in the later stage. So, what are the symptoms?

1. It often occurs above the anal dentate line, and the lithotomy is located at 3, 7, and 11 o'clock.

2. The main symptoms are bleeding during bowel movements or prolapse of hemorrhoids.

3. In the early stage (during the working period), hemorrhoids are small and soft, with bright red or purple surface. Hemorrhoids do not fall out of the anus during defecation. Bleeding occurs during defecation or after defecation, in the form of drops or sprays. The blood is bright red and does not mix with feces. The attacks are intermittent.

In the middle stage (stage II), the hemorrhoids are larger and more bulging. During defecation, the hemorrhoids protrude out of the anus, but retract on their own after defecation. Bleeding after defecation is less than in the early stage.

In the later stage (stage III), hemorrhoids are larger, harder, and slightly grayish white in surface. They may protrude out of the anus during defecation, or even when walking, coughing, sneezing or standing. They cannot retract on their own and must be pushed back by hand, or by lying flat and applying hot compress. There will be little or no bleeding in the stool.

4. Generally there is no pain. In the middle and late stages, there may be anal swelling and itching. If hemorrhoids prolapse and become incarcerated, it may cause swelling, pain, erosion, necrosis, and even suppuration, and secondary anal fistula.

5. Generally there are no systemic symptoms, but in the later stages some patients may develop anemia, difficulty in defecation, difficulty emptying urine, etc.
