First: Orange peel

It is recommended to prepare fresh orange peels one hour before traveling by car, then put the orange peels face up into the nostrils and gently squeeze them with both hands. Fengyoujing is a necessity in many people's lives, especially when traveling, they like to carry Fengyoujing with them. If you feel motion sickness while riding in a car, you can apply a proper amount of wind oil on your temples and Fengchi acupoints, and perform appropriate massage, which can effectively relieve the discomfort.

Fourth: Vinegar method

Vinegar is a common condiment in life, and in fact it also has many good medicinal values. Vinegar can make people wake up instantly. It is recommended to drink a glass of warm water and add an appropriate amount of vinegar before taking a car. This can soothe the stomach and intestines and effectively prevent motion sickness.

If you know that you have symptoms of motion sickness, you can take medicine such as Chengyunning or drink some vinegar half an hour before riding to prevent yourself from motion sickness; if you have symptoms of motion sickness during the ride, you can smell ginger and apply wind oil on your temples, which can also relieve the symptoms of motion sickness.
