How are sebaceous adenoma formed? These three reasons are the most common

Sebaceous adenoma is not uncommon in our lives. Dietary factors, stress factors and bad living habits are all factors that induce this disease. If you want to prevent the occurrence of the disease, you should pay attention to it in your daily life, ensure a reasonable diet, develop good and healthy living habits, and don't put too much pressure on yourself.

1. Dietary factors

People who drink excessively, often eat fatty meat, animal offal, scaleless fish or egg yolks, etc., because they eat too many greasy foods and high-cholesterol foods, lead to excessive new adipose tissue, causing excessive fat cells in the body to aggregate and harden.

2. Stress Factors

Excessive work pressure and irritability can cause normal fat tissue and blood stasis to be intertwined. Over a long period of time, connective tissue can form to wrap the fat cells and form sebaceous adenoma.

3. Bad living habits

Bad living habits such as staying up late often will reduce the body's ability to break down fat. The original fat tissue and the new fat cannot be arranged normally, forming abnormal fat tissue, namely "sebaceous adenoma".

Sebaceous cyst, commonly known as "sebaceous tumor", refers to the formation of cysts due to accumulation of sebaceous glands in the gland after the sebaceous gland duct is blocked. Sebaceous cysts are most common on the scalp and face, followed by the trunk. Due to their different depths and amounts of contents, their sizes vary greatly, ranging from as small as a grain of rice to as large as an egg. It is often diagnosed as lipoma, fibroma, etc. Sebaceous cysts grow very slowly, but patients can still feel them gradually increasing in size.
