Most people may not be so familiar with the compressed oxygen self-rescuer. This is a very important medical device for rescue. Especially in some emergencies, it is absolutely necessary to use this device for rescue. Otherwise, the patient may not get oxygen supply in time and cause shock. It’s just that non-professionals may not know so much about how to use this device, so it will cause some wrong demonstrations. 1. It is used by coal mine workers to safely evacuate the disaster area in case of natural disasters such as fire, gas explosion or gas outburst, and by rescue team members when their breathing apparatus fails. 2. For use by the chemical industry when toxic and harmful gases escape. 3. For use when natural gas or other toxic gases burst out in large quantities during oil extraction operations. 4. For use in high-rise buildings, when people in the building wear it to escape or wait for rescue in case of fire. 5. Firefighters or other departments use it in toxic and harmful gases or oxygen-deficient environments and for other rescue purposes. ●Quantitative oxygen supply: Turn the switch hand wheel counterclockwise, and high-pressure oxygen will flow from the oxygen cylinder to the pressure reducer. After decompression, 1.2L/min of oxygen will be automatically output into the airbag. ●Manual air supply: Press the air supply pressure plate with your finger, and oxygen will enter the airbag at 60L/min. When your finger leaves the air supply pressure plate, the oxygen supply will stop. ●Automatic air supply: When the respiratory system is under negative pressure, the air supply pressure plate contracts inward, compressing the air supply rod to open the oxygen supply mechanism. Oxygen enters the air bag at 60L/min. When the air bag inflates rapidly, the air supply pressure plate leaves the air supply rod and air supply stops. When inhaling, oxygen enters the human body through the air bag, breathing valve, and mouthpiece. When exhaling, the gas passes through the breathing valve and the exhalation hose into the purification tank. The CO2 exhaled by the human body is absorbed by the absorbent in the purification tank, and the remaining oxygen enters the air bag and mixes with the oxygen output by the pressure reducer. This process is repeated to complete the human breathing cycle. Compressed oxygen self-rescuer, also known as isolated compressed oxygen self-rescuer, is a reusable self-rescue escape equipment that uses high-pressure compressed oxygen as the oxygen source. It is mainly used in coal mines or working environments with normal atmospheric pressure when toxic and harmful gas outbursts and oxygen-deficiency asphyxiation disasters occur. The inside of the human respiratory system is isolated from the outside world and can be used by people in distress to quickly save themselves and escape. It has the characteristics of light weight, small size, comfortable breathing and easy to carry. There are several specifications according to the protection time: 15, 30, and 45 minutes. This is mostly used in places where oil leaks or fires occur, because after these events, patients will feel that they are suffering from hypoxia. At this time, they can directly use this compressed oxygen self-rescuer to supply oxygen, so that the patient can restore his oxygen status and will not suffer from hypoxia again. |
