What are the precautions for high temperatures in summer

The biggest characteristic of summer is the heat. In such a hot season, going out not only makes people feel very uncomfortable, but it is also the easiest time to suffer from heat stroke. Heat stroke poses a greater threat to the body. Therefore, everyone should pay more attention to some preventive measures to cool down in the hot summer. The following is an introduction to the precautions for high temperatures in summer.

Precautions for high temperatures in summer

Since mid-June, my country has experienced the largest-scale high temperature weather this year. Some primary and secondary schools in Chongqing have been closed for half a day due to the high temperatures. Xi'an has opened air-raid shelters for free to cool down, and 1,460 communities in Wuhan have opened cooling spots.

High temperature heat waves continue to hit my country, and the temperature in Chongqing, Hunan, Jiangxi and other places can even reach 37 to 39 degrees Celsius. The train network reminds that the elderly, children and the weak are very likely to suffer from heatstroke in the high temperature weather in summer, which can also make people unable to adapt physically and mentally, lose appetite, and may even affect the nervous system, leading to reduced attention and reaction ability, bringing inconvenience to daily life.

Precautions for high temperatures in summer

Generally speaking, people feel more comfortable at around 28℃, so try not to go out under the scorching sun during the day.

1. Take sun protection measures to prevent sunburn.

2. There is a large temperature difference between indoors and outdoors, so do not blow the air conditioner directly at your head, as this can easily cause a summer cold.

3. In hot weather, it is suitable to wear sweat-absorbent, loose clothes.

4. Avoid excessive fatigue, ensure adequate sleep, and prepare some commonly used anti-heat and cooling medicines when necessary.

5. If you experience symptoms such as dizziness, unclear consciousness, nausea, and chest tightness, you should rest immediately and drink cold water to cool down. If you suspect you have heat stroke, go to the hospital for treatment immediately.

There are some things that need to be paid attention to in different seasons. So in order to better ensure our health and avoid these diseases or adverse situations, we need to pay attention to and understand these common sense and pay attention to various principles to help ourselves better maintain our health.
