What is good for heating in winter

In winter, people are most concerned about keeping warm. Sometimes, even if we wear thick cotton-padded jackets, we still feel very cold. So what should we use to keep warm in winter? If you are at home, it is best to turn the air conditioner to the temperature that is most suitable for the human body. If you are outside, you can wear gloves or use hand warmers. Next, let us find out what to use for heating in winter?

1. Power: Take the needs of a 20-square-meter room as an example.

1. Heater:

Suitable for 1800 watt heater.

2. Heater:

Suitable for electric heaters with a power of 2000 watts.

3. Air conditioner:

Suitable for 2HP inverter air conditioner.

2. Energy efficiency ratio:

1. The energy efficiency ratio of the heater is 1:1, consuming 1000 watts of electricity and generating 1000 watts of heat.

2. The energy efficiency ratio of the heater: 1:1, consuming 1000 watts of electricity and generating 1000 watts of heat.

3. The energy efficiency ratio of a fixed-speed air conditioner is 1:3, consuming 1000 watts of electricity and generating 3000 watts of heat.

3. Comparison between heater and space heater:

1. It is recommended to use a heater with PTC ceramic heating elements, which only generate heat but not light.

2. Do not use heaters as they generate both heat and light. Part of the electrical energy is wasted in generating light.

4. Comparison between fixed-speed air conditioners, heaters and space heaters:

1. The air conditioner has a high energy efficiency ratio. The fixed-speed 2-horsepower air conditioner has a heating power of 1800 watts + an auxiliary electric heating power of 1500 watts = 3300 watts, which can generate 1800*3+1500*1=6900 watts of heat, which can increase the temperature of the entire room to 20 degrees and provide good comfort.

2. The energy efficiency ratio of heaters is low. Even if a heater consuming 3300 watts of electricity is used, it can only generate 3300*1=3300 watts of heat, which is less than half of a fixed-speed air conditioner of the same power and less than one-third of a variable-speed air conditioner of the same power (see below for data on variable-speed air conditioners). It is only suitable for local heating, has little effect on raising the temperature of the entire room, and provides poor comfort.

5. Comparison between fixed speed air conditioner and variable speed air conditioner with the same 2HP:

1. The energy efficiency ratio, heating power and heating capacity of fixed-speed air conditioners are shown in the above introduction.

2. Energy efficiency ratio of variable frequency air conditioner: 1:3.5. The heating power of a 2-horsepower inverter air conditioner is 800 watts to 3200 watts (without auxiliary electric heating). Heating capacity: 800 watts of electricity consumption generates 800*3.5=2800 watts of heat; 3200 watts of electricity consumption generates 3200*3.5=11200 watts of heat.

3. When the variable frequency air conditioner is initially turned on, it consumes 3200 watts of electricity and operates at a high frequency, rapidly raising the room temperature. After reaching the set temperature, it switches to low-frequency operation with a power consumption of 800 watts to maintain room temperature. It is more energy-efficient and energy-saving than a fixed-speed air conditioner that consumes 3,300 watts of heating power.

What is good for heating in winter? This question is not difficult to answer, and we can learn a lot of little knowledge and tips about keeping warm from the above article. This is certainly a very good method for us. Of course, when buying hand warmers, you must observe the appearance of the hand warmers, because many hand warmers are of inferior quality, and inferior hand warmers can cause explosions.
