How to insert a tampon

How to insert a tampon

Women usually use sanitary napkins during their menstrual period, which is usually troublesome and tedious, and also restricts women's normal life and activities. With the progress of society, women can now use tampons during their menstrual period. They are lighter and have little impact on women's normal life and activities. So how to place tampons? Let’s take a look at it below.

1. Wash your hands, take out a tampon, and open the cellophane packaging of the tampon.

2. Untie the end with the cotton thread and straighten the cotton thread. Then gently cut the thin thread to all four sides, and expand the slender end into a small umbrella shape.

3. Put the finger sleeve included in the package on your index finger, put it into the umbrella-shaped groove, and pinch the tampon with your thumb to prepare for placement.

4. Adopt the most comfortable and natural posture for yourself (such as sitting on the toilet seat with your legs open, one leg on the toilet seat, or standing with your legs apart and bent), and use your index finger to gently push the noodles in. Try to take it easy when placing it.

5. Since the female vagina has a certain curvature, you should push it slightly inward and upward. If you feel resistance during the pushing process, just change the angle.

6. Push the second section of your index finger completely into the vagina. If you can still feel it, push the tampon a little further. If the position is correct, you will not feel the presence of the tampon. When properly placed, the end of the cotton thread will remain outside the vaginal opening.

Through the above introduction, we now know how to place tampons. Although tampons are a new thing, they have their own characteristics. They are not only hygienic and clean, but also have the advantages of not deforming and not leaking. When used during the menstrual period, they have no effect. They are convenient and easy to carry. However, you must pay attention to how to use them. Improper use may cause harm to your body.
