When boiling water with Cordyceps sinensis, you can also add other Chinese medicinal materials or other drugs. For example, you can choose 5 to 10 grams of Cordyceps sinensis, 5 grams of American ginseng, and 10 grams of Astragalus membranaceus. Boil these materials together in water and drink it. It can replace tea. Regular consumption of this beverage can treat night sweats, relieve symptoms of male impotence and spermatorrhea, and enhance physical strength.
