How to effectively slim down your calf muscles

Among the weight loss plans we have developed, slimming down the calves is undoubtedly the most difficult. The calves are too thick, or even as big as the thighs. This results in the ugly calves being exposed when we wear shorts, which seriously affects our image. Women who love beauty are very concerned about slimming their calves, but they can't find an effective method. In fact, slimming down your calves can be done in three ways: massage, exercise, and diet.

10-minute quick weight loss method: thick calves are often caused by edema. If you want to make your legs more perfect, massage them 10 minutes before your date. After the massage, the body will excrete the accumulated waste. Then use slimming cream, lift your legs high and rest for a while, and your size will be reduced by 2-3cm. Use both hands to caress alternately. Place the palms of both hands around the calves, and stroke upwards with alternating movements. Do this 10 times with both hands. Twist and rub with your hands. Wrap the palms of your hands tightly around the calf muscles, twist your hands and rub them until the calves are completely warm.

The high-leg method: after sitting for a long time, you should place your legs higher than your heart. You can lean your legs against the wall before going to bed at night, or raise your legs by 20 to 30 centimeters when sleeping. Lie on your side and support your upper body with your hands. One leg bent, one leg straight. Then, lift the bent leg repeatedly. After 10 times, turn to the other side and do the same movement after changing legs. The patting massage method, which involves patting and massaging along the lymph glands in the legs, can make the lymph nodes and blood circulation in the legs more unobstructed. Moreover, moderate massage can eliminate the heaviness and edema of the legs.

The method introduced above is very simple, you may as well try it yourself. Once we choose a way to slim down our legs, we should stick to it every day so that the effect can be seen. If you don’t have enough time, you can do these calf slimming exercises while watching TV in the evening or even during your breaks at work. Of course, you should also pay attention to your diet. In the process of slimming down your calves, you must reduce fat intake.
