Inorganic salts: The main inorganic salts supplied by the human body are: calcium: 600 mg; sodium, potassium, and chlorine are 6.2-3, 0.5 grams respectively; iodine 100-140 micrograms; iron, zinc, phosphorus, and magnesium are 10-12, 12-16, 720-900, and 300-350 mg respectively.

Vitamins and inorganic salts are mainly provided by seafood, fresh vegetables, especially dark green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, with 400 to 500 grams per person per day.

Protein: Each person is provided with 1-1.5 grams per kilogram of body weight, accounting for 12% to 14% of total calories. It is mainly provided by lean meat, eggs, milk, soybeans and soy products. Animal protein should account for one third.

Fat: Each person should provide 1 to 1.2 grams per kilogram of body weight, accounting for 25% to 30% of total calories. Mainly supplied by vegetable oil.

Carbohydrates: 400-500 grams per person per day, accounting for 60% to 65% of total calories. Mainly supplied by cereal plant foods.

Vitamins: Vitamin A and D are 2260 and 400 international units respectively, vitamin B1, B2, B6, and C are 1.5-1.8, 1.2-2.1, and 2.70-75 mg respectively.

We must pay great attention to the nutrition needed by the human body. Only by fully maintaining the balance of various nutrients can we avoid our body from suffering from unnecessary diseases. Eating more fruits and not being picky about food, eating more vegetables, and increasing some necessary physical exercise can effectively ensure our health.
