Classification and formation of capillary hemangioma in adults

As the environment we live in deteriorates more and more, more diseases are coming quickly and invading everyone without them noticing. Some unknown diseases can also come terribly. Hemangioma is no longer a common disease among children, and more and more adults are suffering from hemangioma. So why do adults get hemangiomas? What types of hemangiomas do adults get?

1. The classification of adult capillary hemangioma can generally be divided into port wine stains, spider nevus, strawberry capillary hemangioma, and familial hemorrhagic telangiectasia. The general symptoms of adult capillary hemangioma are as follows:

1. Port-wine stain is one of the adult capillary hemangiomas. This type of adult tumor is mostly found on the face, and a small number is located on the trunk or limbs. It is light red to dark red, or dark purple, and does not protrude above the skin surface. The range of the lesion expands with the growth of the child and will not disappear on its own. Some patients have concurrent systemic abnormalities such as glaucoma.

2. Spider nevus is a small nevus as small as a pinhole. The characteristic of this lesion is that there are many radially dilated intradermal capillaries emanating from a subcutaneous central arteriole. The center of the nevus is slightly raised and as small as a pinhole. It is often seen on the face, arms, hands, and trunk. May be accompanied by bleeding that does not subside on its own.

3. Familial hemorrhagic telangiectasia: This type of adult capillary hemangioma is more common in the nasal mucosa, followed by the face, tongue, lips, fingers, etc. The dilated capillaries are mainly located under the dermis and mucosa. The walls of the tubes are thin, with only one layer of endothelium adjacent to the epidermis. They are irregular, flat or raised, red or purple, and turn white when pressure is applied.

2. Adult hemangiomas are mostly caused by endocrine disorders due to various factors, mainly including three aspects.

1. Frequent use of cosmetics containing excessive estrogen

2. Obese people

3. People who often take health supplements

Just because living conditions have improved, we need to take health supplements. It does not necessarily mean that it is good for our health. We should also be cautious about the use of cosmetics. Although everyone loves beauty, we should also be cautious. These are all caused by the improvement of living conditions and the deterioration of the environment. We want to be healthy, fit and enjoy a healthy body at the same time. This is the best effect we want.
