Reasons for itchy bumps on the back

I believe everyone has had this experience: pimples on the back that are very itchy. This situation is generally referred to as urticaria in medicine. I wonder how much you know about urticaria? How to treat urticaria? Let’s discuss it together.

Urticaria, commonly known as "urticaria", is a common skin disease caused by the dilation of small blood vessels in the skin and mucous membranes and the formation of local edema due to plasma exudation. The causes of urticaria are complex, especially chronic urticaria, which is difficult to find. In addition to being related to various allergens, it is also closely related to personal sensitivity and genetic factors.

Common triggers include:

(1) The most common foods are animal proteins such as fish, shrimp, crab, eggs, milk, and meat. Peptone urticaria can occur especially after eating a large amount of protein at one time or drinking alcohol. Some plants can also cause allergies.

(ii) Inhaled substances: pollen, animal dander, feathers, dust, certain gases and fungal spores, etc.

(III) Infections include those caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses, protozoa, parasites, etc. These infections may cause type I or type III hypersensitivity reactions through the antigenic action of the infectious agent or by changing the body's stress state.

(iv) Insect bites such as lice and flea bites, and the stingers of wasps, bees and caterpillars piercing the skin, causing allergic reactions. (V) Physical and chemical factors such as cold, heat, sunlight, mechanical stimulation, friction, compression and stimulation from certain chemicals can cause allergic or non-allergic urticaria.
