What to do if a mosquito bite leaves scars

What to do if a mosquito bite leaves scars

Mosquitoes in summer are very annoying. Many of our friends hate mosquitoes very much and have been bitten by mosquitoes. Some of our friends have fragile skin and will be left with scars after being bitten by mosquitoes. The scars left are also very difficult to remove. So how do we target the areas where scars are left after mosquito bites? Next I will introduce it to you.

(1) Massage

Rub the scar with the base of your palm, three times a day, each time for 5-10 minutes. This method is most effective for wounds that have just shed scabs, but is less effective for old scars.

(ii) Ginger rubbing method

Gently rubbing the scar with sliced ginger can inhibit the further growth of granulation tissue.

(III) Vitamin E application method

Vitamin E can penetrate into the skin to play its moisturizing effect. At the same time, vitamin E can also maintain skin elasticity. But you may not be familiar with the scar removal effect of vitamin E. Poke a hole in the vitamin E capsule with a needle, take out the liquid inside and apply it on the scar and gently massage for 5-10 minutes, twice a day. You will see better results if you persist.

(IV) Vitamin C smear method

Vitamin C has a whitening effect. Apply vitamin C to darker scars to whiten them and make them consistent with the tone of the surrounding healthy skin.

(V) Lavender essential oil application method

The beauty effects of lavender are always magical, and the effect of lavender essential oil in reducing scars is also widely recognized. However, lavender essential oil is not very effective for new scars or scars that are more than 8 years old. It is more effective for scars that are one to two years old. In addition, you should always be extremely careful when using essential oils. When applying essential oils to scars, be sure not to affect the skin without scars.

The above also introduces the scars left by mosquito bites. I urge all friends to apply ointment in time after being bitten by mosquitoes, and do not scratch. Excessive scratching can also cause bacterial infection to the wound, leaving scars that are difficult to heal.
