If you persist in doing this for a long time, it can make your eyes move more flexibly, remove cataracts and opacities, and correct myopia and hyperopia.

Stretch: Stretching can not only promote muscle contraction and relaxation and increase blood flow in the muscles, but also take away metabolic products in the muscles, thereby eliminating fatigue and making people feel stretched and refreshed.

Standing on tiptoe: When standing on tiptoe, the muscles on the back of the calf will contract and squeeze, promoting blood return to the lower limbs and accelerating blood circulation, thereby relieving lower limb soreness and swelling and preventing varicose veins and skin pigmentation. It is simple and easy to do, and can be repeated many times.
