Keeping three things by your side before going to bed can ensure longevity

Remember to put three things in front of your bed before going to bed. Don’t underestimate these three things. It can save a life at a critical moment. The three items are a glass of water, a needle and two aspirins.

There are two main types of diseases that can take a person's life immediately: one is myocardial infarction; the other is cerebral stroke. The above three things can deal with these two life-threatening diseases.

Two aspirin tablets

Why put two aspirin on the bedside table?

A small summary about myocardial infarction that is worth paying attention to: Not all myocardial infarctions will first cause chest pain. Usually other symptoms will occur first, and then pain in the left upper limb will occur. Nausea and profuse cold sweats are not common symptoms either.

Severe chest pain is enough to wake a person from a deep sleep, but some people may not feel chest pain when a myocardial infarction begins. 60% of people who have a heart attack during sleep do not wake up again.

If any of the above situations occur,

Immediately place two aspirin tablets in your mouth and let them dissolve, then swallow them with a little water. Then immediately contact emergency services, an ambulance and tell them you have taken two aspirin. Sit on a chair or sofa and wait for ambulance assistance...

A needle

A needle and a few drops of blood can save a life!

Stroke is a disease that is prone to sudden onset among the middle-aged and elderly people today. It is caused by blockage or rupture of cerebral blood vessels (in severe cases, it can cause death). Do you know how to treat it?

When a person suffers a stroke, the micro-capillaries in the brain will rupture, and the patient will suddenly have a severe headache, lose balance, and fall to the ground. If you encounter this situation, don't panic. No matter where the patient is, whether it is the bathroom, bedroom, living room, office, or on the street, do not move him. Because moving will accelerate the rupture of capillaries. Therefore, you should first help the patient to sit up and steadily. If he can no longer sit steadily, he should lean on your arms to prevent him from falling again.

Only then should you start asking questions: What’s wrong with you? How do you feel? If the other person is slurring their words, or has a crooked mouth and eyes, drooling, and other symptoms, you should immediately take two steps. First, call for help. The sooner 120 arrives, the better! Second, quickly look for a needle. In an emergency, use a lighter to burn the needle (for disinfection - if you don’t have fire, use saliva to disinfect). If you have a sterilized needle, that’s even better! If you really can’t find a needle, you’ll have to use your teeth. This is the only way to save people!

Pierce or bite the tips of the patient's ten fingers (a little above the center of the fingertips) and let a few drops of blood flow out. Even if there is no bleeding, squeeze out a few drops! This must be done with all ten fingers! Then, use some force to pull the patient's ears from the upper ear to the lower earlobe. After a few times, use a needle to prick the earlobe twice and let a few drops of blood flow out. After about a few minutes, the patient will naturally wake up before the ambulance arrives. After just a few minutes, your mouth will be back to normal. If the patient is sent to the hospital only after he has recovered and feels no abnormalities, he will definitely be out of danger. Otherwise, if he is rushed to the hospital in an ambulance, the bumpy and shaking journey may cause his brain capillaries to rupture before he even reaches the hospital.

This simple and feasible method will not bring life-threatening danger to the patient. Modern medicine also says that the earlier the treatment for a stroke is given, the better the effect! Although the method of bloodletting to save lives is popular among the people, it is rarely used in actual rescue! It is actually very profound when you think about it carefully! First of all, the ten fingers are connected to the heart, and the acupuncture points of all parts of the body are complete. Bleeding can reduce blood pressure! Stimulating the acupuncture points can relieve blood vessel spasms and stimulate the concentration of life's aura, all in one go. Even if you faint, you will wake up!

In contrast, most stroke patients are sent to the hospital for treatment because their blood vessels rupture rapidly due to the shock along the way, so most patients cannot recover from the illness. Therefore, stroke ranks second on the list of causes of death. The luckiest ones can only save their lives but end up with lifelong disability. What a terrible disease this is. If everyone can remember this method (bloodletting to save lives) and provide immediate rescue, it can bring the person back to life in a short period of time, and it is guaranteed to be 100% effective. I hope adults can study this first aid method seriously, and couples can exchange ideas with each other. Even if you don’t use it yourself, others may find it useful!

A glass of water

If you have a bad heart, you can develop the habit of drinking a glass of water before going to bed. This can prevent diseases that are prone to occur in the early morning, such as angina pectoris and myocardial infarction. Diseases such as myocardial infarction are caused by high blood viscosity.

When people are in deep sleep, the body loses water due to sweating, causing the water content in the blood to decrease and the viscosity of the blood to become very high. However, if you drink a glass of water before going to bed, you can reduce the viscosity of your blood and reduce the risk of sudden heart attack.
