What is the reason for back pain

There are many reasons for back pain, which are related to the living and working environment around us, and there are also many factors closely related to our bodies. Many people working in offices nowadays may seem relaxed, but being in a fixed posture for a long time can also cause back pain. Some people do feel uncomfortable staying indoors for a long time, so they want to go out and exercise. I didn't expect that this kind of exercise would cause back pain. This is because I haven't exercised for a long time. Occasionally exercising can easily cause muscle soreness in my body.

In fact, there are many other factors that affect your back pain. The above is just a brief introduction to them. Here I want to tell you that sitting, lying or standing for a long time will have a certain impact on the body and cause muscle fatigue, so many postures can be changed. There are several common causes of left back pain, such as overwork, incorrect sleeping and sitting postures, frequently carrying a backpack on the left shoulder, etc. These things that we take for granted in our daily lives can cause left back pain. For back pain caused by excessive fatigue, incorrect sleeping posture, etc., doctors generally recommend that patients try their best to correct their posture, ensure adequate sleep every day, etc., so that the left back pain can be improved. However, if you haven't been physically tired recently, your sitting and sleeping postures are correct, and you don't often carry or lift heavy objects on one shoulder, but your back suddenly hurts for no apparent reason, you should be careful.

Ordinary people often think that the pain in the left back must be caused by muscle strain and other reasons. However, they don’t know that sometimes diseases such as the lungs and heart can also cause pain in the left back.

When patients experience left or right back pain, doctors generally recommend that patients undergo a simple examination to see if there is any infection in the lungs, inflammation of the pleura, or diseases such as tuberculosis, myocardial ischemia, etc. In addition, intercostal neuritis, costochondritis, and even diseases such as gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers can also cause back pain.

All of the above reasons may cause back pain, so if you don’t know what causes your back pain, you should go see a doctor first. Only after finding out the cause can you prescribe the right medicine and finally cure the disease. Otherwise, if you think you can handle everything, it is easy to leave hidden dangers of disease.
