Symptoms of different types of endometrial cancer

The symptoms of endometrial cancer vary depending on the type of cancer, but the most common symptom is abnormal vaginal bleeding. Postmenopausal women should be especially vigilant. If symptoms occur, they should seek medical attention in time for a clear diagnosis.

With aggressive types of endometrial cancer, such as serous or clear cell, bleeding may be more frequent and accompanied by abdominal pain or pelvic discomfort.
