What is lymphoma and what should we pay attention to when treating it

What is lymphoma? What should we pay attention to during treatment?

Lymphoma is a large type of tumor with considerable heterogeneity. Although it is prone to occur in lymph nodes, due to the distribution characteristics of the lymphatic system, lymphoma is a systemic disease that can invade almost any tissue and organ in the body.

The clinical manifestations of lymphoma have certain common characteristics, but also vary greatly according to different pathological types, affected sites and ranges. The cause is generally believed to be related to gene mutation, virus and other pathogen infection, radiation, chemical drugs, and combined autoimmune diseases.

There are two specific reasons:

1. Virus. This is an important cause of lymphoma. After continuous culture of the lesion tissue of Hodgkin's patients, two types of virus-like particles can be observed under an electron microscope: herpes virus particles and simian virus SVS-like particles. In recent years, studies on Burkitt's lymphoma, which is more common in African children, have confirmed that its occurrence is related to the EB virus. However, so far, it can only be proved that lymphoma in some animals is caused by viruses, and there is still a lack of sufficient evidence for humans.

2. Physical and chemical factors. These are the factors that induce lymphoma, such as radiation. According to statistics, the incidence of lymphoma is higher among the survivors of the Hiroshima atomic bomb. In addition, the long-term use of certain chemical drugs such as immunosuppressants, anti-epileptic drugs, and adrenocortical hormones can lead to the proliferation of lymphatic reticular tissue and eventually lymphoma.

During treatment, we should pay attention to the fact that irregular diet may lead to the occurrence of lymphoma. If a person's body is overly acidic due to long-term dietary structure, living habits and other factors, the overall function of the human body will be reduced, leading to kidney deficiency and liver deficiency, which will lead to slower metabolism, blood stagnation, acidic waste in the body, and a lot of acidic waste will accumulate in the lymphatic tissue cell system, and the tissue cells will become cancerous.
