There are five main chemotherapy regimens for breast cancer

Commonly used breast cancer regimens use taxanes as the main drugs, including paclitaxel, docetaxel, and albumin-bound paclitaxel. In addition, capecitabine, epirubicin, doxorubicin, gemcitabine, vinorelbine, cisplatin, or carboplatin are also used in breast cancer. There are at least 7-8 regimens that combine these drugs. EC-T, epirubicin combined with cyclophosphamide for four cycles, is then changed to docetaxel alone. There are generally three treatments for breast cancer, namely drug therapy, surgical treatment, and radiotherapy.

What does stage 0 breast cancer mean?

Generally speaking, if it is stage 0 breast cancer, it should not be breast cancer, but may be caused by inflammatory stimulation. It is recommended to go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment to see the degree of treatment of the body. It can be treated with medication. The doctor cannot find lumps and tumors by touch. The tumor is not limited to the breast ducts and there is no spread and metastasis to the surrounding tissues. It can only be found through molybdenum target, enhanced CT, and tumor marker examination. Stage 0 breast cancer means that the mass cannot be touched and the tumor has not yet developed outside the duct.

Is the cure rate for stage III breast cancer high?

Breast cancer, like general cancer, is normally divided into three stages: early, middle and late stages. For patients with stage III breast cancer, they are already in an advanced state, with cancer cells spreading and metastasizing, and their condition is very serious. The possibility of complete cure is relatively low, but if the patient actively accepts treatment, there is great hope of prolonging the patient's life. For breast malignancy III in this case, patients need to consider systemic intravenous chemotherapy before surgery. After preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, some patients may experience tumor shrinkage and a decrease in tumor stage if the effect is good. Generally speaking, if a regular hospital treats early breast cancer correctly, the cure rate can reach more than 95%, because early breast cancer is not serious, cancer cells have not spread, the disease is not obvious, and tumors are generally less than 2 cm.
