What are the symptoms of malignant lymphoma? What are the precautions?

1. The symptoms of malignant lymphoma vary depending on the type and stage of the disease. Some patients with malignant lymphoma may not have systemic symptoms. Symptoms of malignant lymphoma are often fever, weight loss, night sweats, followed by loss of libido, fatigue, itching, etc. Systemic symptoms are related to the age of onset, tumor range, immunity, etc.

2. Fever is the most common symptom of malignant lymphoma. The fever is mostly irregular, with continuous high fever or intermittent low fever. A few patients suffer from periodic fever, about 1/6 of Hodgkin's disease patients. Hodgkin's disease accounts for about 30% and 50% of early fever patients, but non-Hodgkin's lymphoma generally has fever when the lesions are extensive, and sweating when the fever subsides can be regarded as the characteristics of this disease.

3. The symptom of skin itching is a special manifestation of Hodgkin's disease and a common symptom of malignant lymphoma. Focal itching occurs in the lymphatic drainage area of the lesion, and systemic itching often occurs in cases of mediastinal or abdominal lesions. Alcohol pain occurs in about 17% of patients and 120% of patients with malignant lymphoma. Local pain in the lesion occurs 20 minutes after drinking. This symptom of malignant lymphoma can occur earlier than other symptoms and X-ray manifestations, and has certain diagnostic significance. Alcohol pain disappears after the lesion is relieved and reappears when it relapses. The mechanism of alcohol pain is still unclear.

4. Precautions for malignant lymphoma: Malignant lymphoma is prone to occur in the clavicle, armpit, and groin. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy cannot cure it because radiotherapy and chemotherapy cannot distinguish between normal cells and malignant lymphocytes. After malignant lymphoma ulcers, the wound is not easy to heal. It is recommended not to use or use less external plasters to prevent ulcers. Traditional Chinese medicine has a better effect. Traditional Chinese medicine should not use poison to attack poison.
