What are the early symptoms of lymphoma and what are the late symptoms

What are the early symptoms of lymphoma? What are the late symptoms?

The early symptoms of lymphoma are mainly as follows:

1. Painless and progressive swelling of superficial lymph nodes is an early sign of lymphoma. The main swelling is in the cervical, axillary or groin lymph nodes, with cervical lymph node swelling accounting for 60-80%, axillary lymph node swelling accounting for 6-20%, and groin lymph node swelling accounting for 6-10%.

2. General discomfort symptoms are accompanied by superficial lymphadenopathy in the early stages, and low-grade fever and fatigue may be seen.

3. Hodgkin's disease lymphoreticular cell sarcoma, often with irregular fever as an early symptom, accompanied by superficial lymphadenopathy. There is a type of lymphatic malignancy that is soft in the early stages, movable and painless, and should be paid attention to.

4. Itching is often a unique sign of Hodgkin's disease. It can be local or systemic. Systemic itching often occurs when there are lesions in the mediastinum or abdomen.

The main symptoms of late-stage lymphoma are:

1. Skin itching This is a more specific manifestation of Hodgkin's disease. Focal itching occurs in the area of lymphatic drainage of the lesion, and systemic itching mostly occurs in cases with lesions in the mediastinum or abdomen.

2. Fever patterns are often irregular, with continuous high fever, intermittent low fever, and a few with periodic fever, the latter of which is seen in about 1/6 of Hodgkin's disease patients. Early fever accounts for about 30%-50% of Hodgkin's disease, but non-Hodgkin's lymphomas usually occur when the lesions are more extensive. Sweating when the fever subsides may be a characteristic of lymphoma.

3. Alcohol pain About 17%-20% of Hodgkin's disease patients experience pain in the lesion 20 minutes after drinking. The symptoms may be earlier than other symptoms and X-ray manifestations, which has a certain diagnostic significance. When the lesion is relieved, the alcohol pain disappears immediately, and it worsens when it recurs.
