Can CT scan detect early liver cancer?

Enhanced CT of liver cancer mainly shows a fast-in-fast-out enhancement method, that is, the liver tumor is enhanced uniformly or unevenly in the arterial phase, and the liver tumor is enhanced lower than the liver parenchyma in the portal venous phase and/or equilibrium phase. It is manifested as early enhancement, the liver cancer lesion is higher than the surrounding normal liver tissue, and the CT lesion part is brighter than the normal liver tissue. Early liver cancer cannot be detected.
