It may cause symptoms such as blood in the nasal mucus and tinnitus, but will not cause turbinate hypertrophy. If turbinate hypertrophy occurs, the doctor can guide the local use of glucocorticoid drugs and vasoconstrictors, such as mometasone furoate nasal spray, budesonide nasal spray, furosemide nasal drops, etc., to help shrink the turbinate.
