In this way, the body will gradually weaken, not only will the patient lose weight and become weak, but also may have symptoms of anemia, and some malignant lesions or renal failure may occur. However, the metastasis of prostate cancer is still very common. Nearly half of prostate cancer patients may have symptoms of lymph node metastasis when the disease is detected. The waist, groin and other parts are more severe. In addition to the enlarged lymph nodes in adjacent parts, it can also cause swelling of the lower limbs.

3. In many cases, prostate cancer will cause symptoms of bone metastasis, and bone pain is a symptom caused by bone metastasis. Some patients may experience persistent pain, but some patients may experience intermittent pain. Bone pain can be confined to a specific part of the body, and of course it can also manifest as wandering pain. At different times of the day, the location of bone pain may change, and the pain may be different when resting and moving. If the bone becomes significantly brittle due to tumor invasion, fractures may easily occur. It may even cause arthritis manifestations at the relevant fracture site. However, pain in some joints is not necessarily caused by prostate cancer metastasis, and further examination is needed.

Generally speaking, after the onset of prostate cancer, there will be the above-mentioned symptoms, which are all manifestations of the aggravation of general prostate diseases, but prostate cancer will have symptoms of metastasis, especially lymph node metastasis or bone metastasis.
