What are the diagnostic and differential methods for liver cancer? Introduction to scientific and reasonable diagnostic methods for liver cancer

There are many patients with liver cancer. In fact, liver cancer is not a difficult disease. As long as the patient is treated in the early stage of the disease, the treatment effect of the disease can be guaranteed. To treat the disease, you should first understand the diagnosis method of the disease and do not miss the best treatment time due to your own negligence.

First, the most commonly used method is liver ultrasound examination. This is a non-invasive examination, which is simple to operate, intuitive and convenient, accurate and non-invasive, low-cost, widely available, and does not cause any harm to human tissue. It can be used for liver cancer screening and follow-up after treatment.

Secondly, CT examination has been called an important routine means of diagnosing liver cancer. Abdominal enhanced CT scan can clearly reflect the size, shape, number, location, boundary, tumor blood supply and relationship with intrahepatic ducts of liver cancer, which is of great significance for further clarifying the diagnosis and distinguishing from other benign liver space-occupying lesions, clarifying the staging and grading of liver cancer, guiding treatment and judging prognosis.

Secondly, liver-specific MRI examination can effectively improve the detection rate of small hepatocellular carcinoma and is of great help in distinguishing focal hyperplastic nodules of the liver, hepatic adenomas, etc. It can be used as an important supplementary method for CT examination.

Finally, selective hepatic artery angiography is an invasive examination. Since liver cancer is mainly supplied by the hepatic artery, hepatic artery angiography can be used to understand the blood supply of small lesions and tumors in the liver. After a clear diagnosis, iodized oil injection can be used to block the tumor supply vessels to achieve the purpose of treatment. It is suitable for patients who have not been diagnosed after other examinations.

It is not terrible to be diagnosed with a disease. Patients must face the disease positively. In the process of treating the disease, patients should also cooperate with doctors and choose professional treatment methods for treatment. Liver cancer is not an easy disease to cure, and patients cannot ignore the harmfulness of the disease.
