Principle of removing spots and peeling

Many people try their best to remove spots from their faces, but they cannot find any treatment measures. They can only let more and more spots grow on their faces, which affects the beauty of their faces. The most important thing is that many patients also experience facial peeling, which requires treatment from the source. They need to improve their living conditions in daily life.

1. Stress When people are under stress, they will secrete adrenaline to prepare for dealing with the stress. If you are under long-term stress, the balance of the body's metabolism will be disrupted, the supply of nutrients needed by the skin will slow down, and the pigment stem cells will become very active.

2. Hormonal imbalance: The female hormone estrogen contained in contraceptives will stimulate the secretion of melanin cells and form uneven spots. Although the spots formed by contraceptives will stop after the medication is discontinued, they will still stay on the skin for a long time. Due to the increase of female hormone estrogen during pregnancy, spots are more likely to appear from the 4th to 5th month of pregnancy. Most of the spots that appear at this time will disappear after delivery. However, abnormal metabolism, skin exposure to strong ultraviolet rays, mental stress and other reasons can make the spots darker. Sometimes new spots will not disappear after delivery, so you need to pay more attention to them.

3. Slow metabolism: Spots may also appear when the liver's metabolism is abnormal or the ovarian function is impaired. Pigmentation problems are exacerbated because the body is in a sensitive state due to poor metabolism or endocrine disorders. Constipation can cause spots, which are actually caused by endocrine disorders leading to allergic constitution. When the body is in abnormal condition, exposure to ultraviolet rays will also accelerate the formation of spots.

4. Improper use of cosmetics: Using cosmetics that are not suitable for your skin will cause skin allergies. If the skin is exposed to excessive ultraviolet rays during the treatment process, the skin will accumulate melanin in the inflamed area in order to resist external invasion, which will cause pigmentation problems.

5. Genetic reasons. Autosomal inheritance is the main cause of freckles. It usually starts in children around 5 years old, mostly in women, with severe symptoms in spring and summer and mild symptoms in autumn and winter. Light brown to yellowish brown spots ranging in size from pinpoints to rice grains, symmetrically distributed on the face (especially the nose).

6. Ultraviolet radiation. Ultraviolet radiation in sunlight is an important cause of pigmentation, which is why sun protection is needed in summer. When the skin is exposed to too much sunlight, the epidermis produces more melanin particles, which can absorb ultraviolet rays and protect the body from harm. This is why our skin becomes darker after sun exposure. Moreover, exposure to ultraviolet rays can cause chloasma, which darkens the color of common freckles.

7. Endocrine reasons. Endocrine disorders are also an important cause of pigmentation in women. Changes in sex hormone levels during menstruation and pregnancy can affect the production of melanin. In addition, endocrine instability usually causes emotional instability, which can also indirectly cause the formation of pigmentation spots (in traditional Chinese medicine, the formation of melasma is mainly attributed to liver congestion, which is more complicated).

8. Problems with lifestyle habits. Bad living habits such as stress, picky eating, and lack of sleep can also increase melanin. Therefore, people with unstable sleep schedules have poor skin metabolism rates, which will affect the production of melanin particles.
