How to take care of lung cancer after suffering from it? Introduction to three nursing methods for lung cancer

Now, due to people's unreasonable living habits, more and more people are suffering from lung cancer. This should arouse our attention. If we suffer from lung cancer, our bodies will be greatly damaged. Our lives will also be greatly affected. So how do we take care of ourselves after suffering from lung cancer?

1. High protein, sufficient vitamins and calories

In terms of diet, the care of lung cancer patients should provide patients with a high-protein, adequate vitamin and sufficient calorie diet. Pay attention to the patient's eating habits and keep the oral cavity clean; try to avoid greasy, spicy and other irritating foods, eat small meals frequently, and enhance appetite. To ensure water intake, generally drink more than 1500ml of water per day. Sufficient water can ensure the moisture of the respiratory mucosa, which is conducive to the repair of the diseased mucosa and the dilution and discharge of sputum.

2. Keep warm

Secondly, the care of lung cancer patients should avoid possible factors that induce coughing, including keeping warm and avoiding cold air irritating the respiratory tract; creating a clean environment and avoiding dust, smoke and other irritants; avoiding strenuous exercise; reducing the number of times you go to public places with air pollution, etc. For patients with a history of smoking, they can quit smoking, and their family members can work with the patients to develop an effective smoking cessation plan.

Three: Clean and comfortable environment

The first step in nursing lung cancer patients is to avoid adverse stimulation to the respiratory tract and provide patients with a clean and comfortable environment. Keep the patient's indoor air fresh and clean, and maintain appropriate temperature (18℃-20℃) and humidity (50%-60%) to give full play to the natural defense function of the respiratory tract.

The above three points are the methods of caring for lung cancer. We should not underestimate the care of lung cancer. Through these cares, the patient's health may improve and its harm will be reduced to a certain extent. Therefore, we should follow the above operations in our lives. As long as everyone persists, it is very meaningful.
