What are the good treatments for lung cancer? Three professional methods for treating lung cancer in hospitals

For different cancers, the treatment methods chosen by patients are also different. So, among the high-incidence cancer diseases, how should lung cancer patients be treated? Experts tell you that there are three main methods for treating lung cancer, namely shell treatment, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. 1. Surgical treatment: Most of the treatments for lung cancer currently advocate maximal removal of lung cancer and maximal retention of lung function. In recent years, more advocates are lobectomy and surgery combined with multiple methods. A) Common lung resection methods include: 1) pneumonectomy; 2) lobectomy; 3) sleeve lobectomy; 4) segmentectomy; 5) tumor resection. B) Standardized lobectomy. C) Cryosurgery. 2. Radiotherapy: 1) Radiotherapy for small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is often combined with chemotherapy; 2) Radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) includes preoperative radiotherapy, postoperative radiotherapy, radical radiotherapy, cavity brachytherapy and interstitial radiotherapy. The main complications of radiotherapy are: esophageal injury, lung injury, heart injury and myelitis. 3. Chemotherapy: In recent years, chemotherapy has received increasing attention in the treatment of lung cancer, and chemotherapy for small cell lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer should be treated differently. 1) Chemotherapy is the main method for treating small cell lung cancer, mainly including: single-drug chemotherapy, combined chemotherapy and alternating chemotherapy, etc. 2) Chemotherapy is far less effective for non-small cell lung cancer than for small cell lung cancer, mainly including: single-drug and combined therapy, and adjuvant chemotherapy in radiotherapy. For lung cancer patients, the above three treatment methods can help the body resist the damage of cancer cells. However, which treatment method is more suitable for the patient still needs to be selected by the patient according to his or her own condition and the doctor's advice. Because the treatment method will cause some harm to the patient's body to some extent, it must be chosen with caution.
