It is not only the most common cancer among female reproductive organ cancers, but also the most common cancer among various malignant tumors in women, but its incidence rate has obvious regional differences. 1. The first symptom is usually "contact bleeding", such as bleeding during sexual intercourse, bleeding during gynecological examinations, or irregular bleeding after menopause.

2. Vaginal leucorrhea increases further. The leucorrhea is as thin as rice washing water. Due to the infection and necrosis of cancerous tissue, the secretion has a strong odor.

3. When the tumor develops further and the cancerous tissue invades the pelvic wall and nerves, the patient will feel severe back pain, leg pain and lower abdominal pain. If the mass compresses the lymph and blood vessels, the lower limbs will be severely swollen; if the mass invades the rectum and bladder, defecation and urination will occur, and there may also be blood in the urine.

4. Irregular vaginal bleeding is a common early symptom of cervical cancer. Elderly women have been in menopause for many years, and suddenly they have their period for no reason. The amount of bleeding is often not much, and there is no abdominal pain, back pain and other symptoms, which can be easily ignored. In fact, this irregular vaginal bleeding is often a manifestation of cervical cancer.

5. Early symptoms of cervical cancer may also cause increased vaginal discharge. Clinically, many patients with cervical cancer have varying degrees of increased vaginal discharge, most of which manifest as increased leucorrhea. Later, they are mostly accompanied by changes in odor and color. Increased leucorrhea is caused by cancer stimulation of cervical cancer. At first, they have normal color and odor. Later, due to necrosis and infection of cancer tissue, purulent, rice-soup or bloody leucorrhea will flow out of the vagina.

6. Contact bleeding is the most prominent early symptom of cervical cancer. Many patients with cervical cancer have vaginal bleeding, which is often manifested as vaginal discharge mixed with fresh discharge after sexual intercourse or during gynecological examinations, or when straining during bowel movements. If a woman bleeds after sexual intercourse, don't always think that it is caused by improper force during sexual intercourse.

(2) Actively prevent and treat cervical erosion and chronic cervicitis, and pay attention to avoid cervical laceration during delivery.

(3) Pay attention to sexual hygiene and menstrual hygiene. Moderate sex life appropriately. Avoid sexual intercourse during menstruation and the postpartum period. Pay attention to the cleanliness of both parties' reproductive organs. It is best to wear a condom during sexual intercourse and reduce and eliminate multiple sexual partners.

(4) Men with phimosis or prepuce that is too long should pay attention to local cleaning and preferably undergo circumcision. This can not only reduce the risk of cervical cancer in their wives, but also prevent penile cancer in themselves.

(5) For high-risk groups for cervical cancer, including women who have sex too early, too often, give birth too early, too often, too frequently, women who have promiscuous sex, women who have multiple sexual partners, women with unclean sexual history, women in areas with poor sanitary conditions and insufficient sexual health knowledge, women with cervical rot, tear, chronic inflammation, vaginal infection, and women whose spouses have long foreskin or phimosis, special attention should be paid to regular screening. If possible, cervical cancer embolism can be tried for preventive treatment.
