1. Brain metastasis of lung cancer <br/>Brain metastasis of lung cancer is more common in small cell lung cancer and adenocarcinoma. Cancer cells metastasize to the brain, causing intracranial hypertension and cranial nerve damage, accompanied by visual impairment, impaired consciousness, and increased blood pressure. In severe cases, the tumor presses on the brain, causing respiratory arrest and endangering life.
2. Bone metastasis of lung cancer <br/>Nearly 50% of patients with advanced lung cancer will eventually develop multiple bone metastases. Bone metastasis has no obvious symptoms in the early stage, but symptoms gradually appear later; metastasis to the ribs can cause localized tenderness in the chest; metastasis to the lesion site of the spinal cord can cause pain; metastasis to the trunk or limbs can cause localized pain.
3. Liver metastasis of lung cancer
About 20-35% of patients with advanced lung cancer develop liver metastasis. Common symptoms are persistent distension and pain in the liver area, accompanied by liver damage such as loss of appetite and indigestion, which can lead to liver failure in severe cases.
