Ingredients: 200g yam, 100g mung bean, honey

practice:

(1) Wash and peel the yam, chop it into pieces and mash it into a paste.

(3) Cook the mung beans over low heat until they are soft and bloom.

(4) Add the yam and cook for 10-15 minutes. When the porridge cools to about 50°C, add a small amount of honey to taste.

Efficacy: Clears away heat and detoxifies, invigorates Qi and lowers blood pressure. It is mainly used to treat hypertension caused by liver fire ascending.
