What are the early symptoms of prostate cancer? Don't ignore them

What is prostate cancer? Many people don’t know much about it. In our daily lives, we always think that cancer is far away. We don’t know that small signs of disease may be the secret code of cancer. Prostate cancer is a malignant tumor that is more common in men. It is very harmful and painful. We need to know more about the early symptoms of the disease so that we can seize the time for early treatment.

1. Ejaculation pain or bloody semen during sexual intercourse.

2. Unexplained feeling of heaviness or discomfort in the lower abdomen or perineum and anus.

3. Unexplained symptoms such as loss of appetite, fever, weight loss, fatigue, anemia, etc.

4. Pain: Pain in the waist, sacrum, buttocks, hips, pelvis, and sciatica is common and violent and unbearable. It may be caused by the cancer dragging to the bones or invading the nerves or hydronephrosis and kidney infection.

5. Dysuria: Patients with a history of prostate hyperplasia and hypertrophy may have difficulty urinating, poor urine flow, and increased intermittent nocturia. 80% of patients have persistent dysuria and tortuosity, thinning or deviated urine flow, bifurcated urine flow, prolonged urination, frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, and a feeling of incomplete urination due to cancer. Only 3% of patients have hematuria.

6. Because the pain affects diet, sleep and spirit, after long-term damage, the whole body becomes increasingly weak, weak and fatigued, progressive anemia, cachexia or renal failure.

7. Urinary disorders: Difficulty in urination, thinning or deviated urine flow, bifurcated urine flow, prolonged urination, frequent urination, urgency, pain, and a feeling of incomplete urination. In severe cases, urine dripping and urine retention may occur.

8. Pain. Pain in the waist, sacrum, buttocks, hips, pelvis, and sciatica are common and severe and unbearable.

Most prostate cancer patients are elderly, and radical prostate surgery often causes serious damage, so the indications and contraindications should be strictly controlled. In recent years, a minimally invasive treatment, transurethral resection of the prostate, has been developed to reduce the degree of obstruction of the bladder neck and improve the symptoms of dysuria, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
