1. Nitrosourea drugs

① Chloroethylnitrosourea (Carmustine, referred to as BCNU) has high lipid tolerance and can easily penetrate the blood-brain barrier. 125 mg, intravenous drip, for 13 consecutive days, repeated every 6 to 8 weeks. The effective rate is 42% to 51%, and the remission period is 6 months.

② Lomustine (CCNU) 100-130 mg/m2, oral, repeated every 6-8 weeks. The effective rate is 37%-68.3%, and the remission period is 5 months.

③ ACNU (Nimustine) 100-200 mg/time, intravenous injection or intravenous drip, once every 6 weeks, with an effective rate of 50%.

④ Me-CCNU has lower toxicity and side effects than the former. Take orally 100~200mg/m2 each time, repeat every 6~8 weeks, and use 2~3 times as a course of treatment. The effective rate is 23%, and the remission period is 6 months.

2. PCB can pass through the blood-brain barrier and is taken orally at 100-150 mg/m2, once a day, for 10-14 days. The effective rate is 41%-48%, and the remission time is 2-19 months. The main adverse reactions are nervous system toxicity and bone marrow suppression.

3. Teniposide (VM-26) is fat-soluble and can pass through the blood-brain barrier. 60 mg/m2 each time, intravenous drip, for 3 to 5 days. The effective rate is 63%, and the remission period is 4 months.

4. Platinum (DDP) combined with other drugs is effective for medulloblastoma.

5. Others: vincristine (VCR), methotrexate (MTX, mostly used for intrathecal injection).

6. Temozolomide is suitable for adult patients with refractory glioblastoma multiforme. Adjust according to the neutrophil and platelet counts in the previous treatment cycle and the neutrophil and platelet counts at the beginning of the next cycle. Take 150 mg.m-2 as the starting dose, 28 days as a treatment cycle, and give this product continuously for the first 5 days, once a day.
