You can supplement minerals appropriately and pay attention to maintaining your weight to keep your bones strong. As they age, women may be troubled by chronic inflammatory conditions such as heart disease and arthritis. Omega-3 fatty acids, curcumin, etc. are all good natural anti-inflammatory drugs.
