The effect of vinegar on the liver

I believe that everyone comes into contact with vinegar in their daily lives, and they all know that it has high nutritional value and efficacy. For example, using vinegar to remove odors and wipe stains is very effective. Vinegar also has a good effect on the liver. Everyone needs to develop a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the value of vinegar in their daily lives. However, while understanding it, don’t forget to look at the correct usage of some vinegar.

Drinking vinegar regularly is good for the liver.

Patients with liver disease pay attention to diet therapy, and vinegar is naturally indispensable when making delicious dishes. Vinegar can be sour and astringent, and it has the function of dispersing blood stasis and detoxifying in syndrome differentiation. If patients with liver disease consume vinegar in moderation, it can assist and improve the properties of the medicine and prevent and treat various complications.

Clinically, it is found that patients in the acute stage of hepatitis often have a poor appetite and want to drink some vinegar for flavoring to enhance their appetite. Chinese medicines such as Schisandra chinensis, Black Plum, and Hawthorn all have a distinct sour taste and can lower alanine aminotransferase (abbreviated as transaminase) in most hepatitis patients.

Some patients who use Schisandra powder to lower enzymes will experience acid regurgitation and heartburn, which will greatly affect their appetite. After stopping the use of Schisandra powder, about half of the patients' transaminase levels rebound. Experts believe that Schisandra chinensis, black plum, hawthorn and vinegar should not be used in excess when used as medicine.

Because acid can enter the liver, eating too much of it is harmful to the body, but adding a little bit of it to food as seasoning is very beneficial. For patients with liver disease, eating fish or beef and mutton regularly can not only supplement protein but also help liver repair. In addition, some meat and vegetable foods can be enhanced in color, aroma and taste by adding a little wine and vinegar. However, if hepatitis patients drink more than 100 ml of vinegar every day, it will exceed the body's limit and the treatment course will be extended accordingly, which may be detrimental to the regeneration and repair of liver cells.
